ELISA kit for Bovine Maspardin (SPG21)
Prodotti relativi
Quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring Bovine Maspardin (SPG21) in samples from cell culture supernatants, serum, whole blood, plasma and other biological fluids.
Maspardin (SPG21) binds to the hydrophobic C-terminal amino acids of CD4 which are involved in repression of T cell activation. The interaction with CD4 is mediated by the noncatalytic alpha/beta hydrolase fold domain of Maspardin (SPG21). It is thus proposed that Maspardin (SPG21) product modulates the stimulatory activity of CD4. Mutations in this Maspardin (SPG21) are associated with autosomal recessive spastic paraplegia 21 (SPG21), also known as mast syndrome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
All of the components are shipped on ice packs/blue ice. Upon receiving the kit keep it at +4 degrees Celsius for up to 1 year (refer to the label on the box for the exact expiration date).
