ELISA kit for Bovine Duffy antigen/chemokine receptor (DARC)
Prodotti relativi
Quantitative sandwich ELISA for measuring Bovine Duffy antigen/chemokine receptor (DARC) in samples from cell culture supernatants, serum, whole blood, plasma and other biological fluids.
Duffy antigen/chemokine receptor (DARC) has alternative name : Atypical Chemokine Receptor 1(ACKR1), The protein encoded by this gene is a glycosylated membrane protein and a non-specific receptor for several chemokines. The encoded protein is the receptor for the human malarial parasites Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium knowlesi. Polymorphisms in this gene are the basis of the Duffy blood group system. Diseases associated with ACKR1 include Malaria and Plasmodium Vivax Malaria. Among its related pathways are Signaling by GPCR and Peptide ligand-binding receptors. GO annotations related to this gene include G-protein coupled receptor activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity.
All of the components are shipped on ice packs/blue ice. Upon receiving the kit keep it at +4 degrees Celsius for up to 1 year (refer to the label on the box for the exact expiration date).
